Disappointing 1st time visit experience. I walked in to ask for a wheel alignment service. Quoted $134.99. I didn’t want to drive all over to shop so I said ok and I stayed to wait. While waiting, I’ve decided to purchase 2 front tires and added oil change to my purchase. Total bill $508.08. After 6 hours I assumed that everything should be all fixed. 2 new tires, new oil changed and wheel alignment. But NO. My steering wheel was crooked to the left . Tried to drive with steering wheel centered pulls the right. I returned to store and asked if someone test drove my car and why the wheel alignment wasn’t done. Didn’t answer my question was told that it’ll be taken cared off and to wait. Waited for another hour. I was told my car was test driven by the mechanic and alignment was all good and so I l left. But it wasn’t all good. Steering wheel was off centered and the car was pulling to right. I immediately called the shop and spoke to Leo. I was told to come back the next day @ 0730 to fix the alignment for the 3rd time. and that I d be in and out. I came back the next day and spoke to the manager in charge was told I’d have wait 45 minutes before my car is attended.

I ask for new tires but they give me these but on the receipt they said new. I didn’t get what i paid for.when I had a nail on my tire 6 months down the line I went in for a tire patch but got tire plug. I ask for a tire rotation but they said they did but I happen to mark where each tire and they didn’t I had to argue with them they did rotate it for me.i have a bad experience from them from the day I purchase the tires from them.

Great group of people here! They replaced my struts and shocks, tires, two TPMS sensors, did an oil change, wheel alignment, and changed my windshield wipers and secured a loose hose with a new clamp (which I'm so glad they noticed). I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks guys!!

My husband has been coming here for quite some time and I always appreciate how well they take care of him. I took my car in for an oil change the other day and I really appreciated being told what my car would need on the next visit rather than be pressured to take care of it on that visit. Very grounded and not salesy. Much appreciated!!! Also he replaced my brake light for me after I had forgotten about until we were checking out. Thank you!!!

Negligent and unsafe service. Got a battery replacement here and they failed to secure my battery to the car. I noticed when the power steering started failing, and found that all the battery’s brackets, fasteners, and insulator had disappeared. The battery was left under the hood to just bounce around. When I went back to ask them to correct the issue or give me a refund, they refused and told me that I could pay them for new parts. Don’t trust this business!
